What is the status of my order?Updated 10 days ago

Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking number and a link to view the current delivery status from the courier’s website.

Important: Please check your spam folder as well, as the shipping confirmation may have ended up there.


Can I change when and where my package will be delivered after I placed my order?


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. From there, you can usually choose a different delivery location, such as a pickup point, or adjust the delivery day.

If a delivery attempt is made while you are not at home, the tracking page will show you where your parcel was delivered, for example to a neighbour.


Has your parcel been shipped, but not delivered?

You might want to check if the package has been delivered to a neighbour. If this is not the case and the package has not been delivered to you within one week after dispatch, please contact us via [email protected].


Your order is sent back to O'Neill?

Your package will be automatically processed as a return. If you would still like to receive the goods, this can be done by placing a new order in our online shop.


Still waiting for your order?

If you haven't received your package a week after shipping, please check if it was delivered to your neighbors or a pickup location.

If not, please contact our customer service.
