All O'Neill Europe wetsuits are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If you notice a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. Early reporting helps prevent the issue from worsening and allows us to assess the claim more effectively.
What Is Covered Under the Warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:
- Materials
- Stitching
- Workmanship
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, improper care, alterations, or repairs carried out by unauthorized repair centers.
I bought my wetsuit from oneill.com. How do I claim for warranty support with my faulty product?
Before we can offer a repair or replacement solution, we need to assess the wetsuit to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
Please contact our Customer Service team and provide:
- A brief description of the defect
- A copy of your proof of purchase or invoice
- Clear photos of the issue, including:
- Close-up images of the damage
- Full-length photos of the wetsuit
- A photo of the product label located near the zipper, or the style number found inside the sleeve
Once we receive this information, we will review your claim and advise on the next steps.
I Purchased My Wetsuit From a Retail Store. How Do I Claim Warranty Support?
If your wetsuit was purchased from an authorized O'Neill retailer, any warranty claim must be submitted through the original point of purchase.
Please return the wetsuit to the retailer together with your proof of purchase. The retailer will inspect the product and coordinate the warranty process with O'Neill if required.
